    Job Title: Water Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and skilled Restoration or Water Technician who will be responsible for assisting in water extraction, remediation, and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in general labor, construction, and customer-facing roles. You will be traveling to various client sites to perform essential tasks such as demolition, cleanup, and documentation.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform water pumping and extraction under supervision.

    + Conduct mold remediation efforts.

    + Move and reset contents as needed.

    + Set up drying equipment at job sites.

    + Participate in vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.

    + Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and serviceable condition.

    + Construct polyethylene enclosures for restoration projects.

    + Remove and dispose of debris appropriately.

    + Maintain and care for equipment used in projects.

    + Attend sponsored operations and safety training courses.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor experience.

    + Experience in construction, remediation, or restoration.

    + Customer-facing experience.

    + Mechanical aptitude.

    + Proficient in the use of power tools.

    + Ability to use computers for basic job/project information entry.

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + IICRC Certification.

    + OSHA Construction 10-hour course completion or ability to obtain.

    + Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

    + Access and mobility in tight spaces.

    + Attention to detail and property safeguarding.

    + Familiarity with chemical products and safety data sheets.

    + Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

    + Effective customer service and documentation skills.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based in South Jersey with work at various project sites in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. You will travel in company vehicles and must be flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends as needed. The company operates 24/7, and you will be required to be on call 24/7 for two weeks within a four-week rotation.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MOORESTOWN, NJ.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
