Job Title: Technical Associate
Job Description
The Technical Associate plays a crucial role in supporting production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures. This position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, aiming to meet production goals and quality standards while improving manufacturing proficiency levels.
This is a great entry level role for candidates who wish to get into **industrial maintenance.**
Responsibilities
+ Conduct root cause analysis and develop countermeasures to solve production issues.
+ Act as a liaison between production and engineering teams.
+ Perform countermeasure implementation and machine repairs.
+ Mentor and guide associates to enhance their skills.
+ Engage in project planning to streamline operations.
+ Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting knowledge.
+ Desire to grow into a long-term industrial maintenance role.
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Experience in preventative maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of CNC and PLC systems and programming.
+ Understanding of robots and their functionalities.
+ Demonstrated experience in casting, machining, or assembly.
+ Familiarity with machines, valves, and vacuum systems.
+ Knowledge of processes in casting, machining, or assembly.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
