    Job Title: Product Assembler

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Product Assembler, where you will contribute to the fast-paced manufacturing of high-quality products. This role involves the assembly of sub-components and finished products, requiring basic product and process knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble and fit metal products using hand and power tools.

    + Operate hand and power tools, as well as an overhead crane, to build heat exchangers.

    + Lift and fit products together, requiring 60lbs+ lifting capacity.

    + Work collaboratively with a team member to fulfill daily product orders.

    + Engage in lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and extending arms for extended periods.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to review and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints.

    + Experience with operating an overhead crane.

    + Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with assembly schematics.

    + Skill in using a tape measure for precise measurements.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED is required upon permanent conversion (Company offers a GED program).

    + Ability to lift 50lbs+ independently.

    + Capability to regularly walk, sit, and reach for extended periods.

    + Experience with hand and power tool equipment operation.

    Work Environment

     

    Work within a clean, organized, and spacious manufacturing floor, where sections are clearly labeled based on materials and production. Second Shift runs from 2:15PM to 10:45PM, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday hours from 12PM to 6PM.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
