    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Tech/Machine Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.     Responsibilities

    + Complete daily machine setups with basic computer literacy.

    + Track daily machine output and document equipment downtime.

    + Compile daily reports for supervisors.

    + Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.

    + Wear latex gloves and, in some departments, face masks or clean room attire throughout the shift.

    + Lift materials over 40 pounds and move them around the manufacturing floor.

    + Engage in cross-training on multiple machines.

    + Stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day, with a commitment to stretching every morning.

    + Learn and adapt quickly in a super fast-paced environment by observing and asking questions.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in production and machine operation.

    + Basic computer literacy.

    + Ability to lift over 40 pounds.

    + Capability to stand for extended periods (8-10+ hours).

    + Excellent aptitude and ability to follow directions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No prior experience is required, but it is beneficial.

    + Good attendance record, adhering to a 10-point system.

    + Willingness to work up to 12-hour days and 6 days a week if necessary.

    + Mandatory overtime as needed.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is set in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a casual dress code, requiring close-toed shoes and eyewear throughout the shift. The work is highly repetitive, involving short-cycle assembly with standing required for 8-12 hours a day. Benefit from scheduled breaks, including two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $18.97/hr.
