Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production filling lines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You will ensure product specifications and quality standards are met by facilitating and making necessary adjustments to the equipment.
Responsibilities
+ Reference the work order to set up the production line appropriately.
+ Lead the process for setting up the production filling lines.
+ Facilitate and lead adjustments needed to settings and make repairs to meet product specifications.
+ Document activities accurately as required using Product History Records (PHRs).
+ Ensure the quality of bottles placed on the line.
+ Monitor product filling and packaging equipment effectiveness.
+ Make adjustments to ensure correct fill levels are established.
+ Communicate with manufacturing leaders about any quality issues.
+ Ensure correct raw materials are used during production.
+ Complete and report all documentation and production logs.
+ Troubleshoot issues on filling equipment to maintain efficient production.
+ Meet and exceed production requirements based on filling line capacity.
+ Maintain work pace to meet production goals.
+ Assist in training other manufacturing personnel.
+ Follow all quality and safety procedures according to company and OSHA standards.
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
+ Operate forklift and pallet lift as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Production and machine operation experience.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Experience in documentation and troubleshooting.
+ Inspection and quality control expertise.
+ Forklift and palletizing skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience doing changeovers on machines.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gurnee, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
