    Job Title: Chemical Operator - 2nd Shift (3pm - 11:30pm)

     

    PAY RATE: $30 - $35 per hour. Could pay up to $40 for candidates with multiple years of experience.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated **Chemical Operator** to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for safely operating chemical processing equipment, monitoring production systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate, monitor, and adjust chemical processing equipment

    + Follow established safety protocols and environmental regulations

    + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment

    + Record production data and maintain accurate logs

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

    + Troubleshoot and resolve process or equipment issues

    + Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished products

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)

    + Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial operations a plus

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

    + Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rome, GA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
