Description
This position is for a TIG Welder where the ideal candidate will have experience working with carbon and stainless steel, be proficient in TIG welding techniques, and hold or be working toward a 6G welding certification. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal components for industrial applications using a variety of welding and cutting tools.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on carbon and stainless steel components.
Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, band saws, and cut-off wheels.
Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
Form, roll, bend, and cut metal materials to required dimensions.
Conduct quality checks to ensure weld integrity and conformance to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Job Requirements
TIG welding experience (entry-level to advanced).
6G welding certification or demonstrated experience in 6G pipe welding.
Welding certification preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
Familiarity with MIG welding and other fabrication techniques is a plus.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
