Bethel Farms is looking for anEntry Level Sales Representativeto join our team in Arcadia, Florida. Work with our Senior Sales Manager to support and promote Bethel Farms brands includingSod,Sod Pods,Nutripods,Gotta Go Grass, and more.

    Essential Duties

    + Drive sales and provide excellent customer service

    + Develop customer contacts and grow BETHEL’s network

    + Support the Senior Sales Manager in execution of sales projects

    + Provide timely responses to customers’ questions and concerns

    + Communicates issues effectively throughout the chain of command

    + Analyze and identify sales/profit opportunities within account listing

    + Support project implementation and meet project milestones

    + Participate and represent BETHEL at industry events

    + Facilitate and participate in customer functions

    + Monitor industry trends and current events

    + Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all specific matters for your accounts

    + Develop forecast for grass demand for each season within the your account portfolio

    + Clearly communicate progress of weekly /monthly / quarterly KPIs to all stakeholders

    + Collaborate with internal teams to build strategies to obtain profitable growth

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Physical Demands

     

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Noise levels may vary, from office equipment to production line and warehouse levels.

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

     

    This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This position would be reporting to the main office in Arcadia, FL approximately two to three times per week.

     

    Travel

     

    This position may require up to 40 - 60% travel

    Requirements

    + 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales

    + Demonstrated “client first” mindset and orientation

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

    + Ability to think and act independently

    + Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & more

    + Excellent verbal communication, telephone manner, and client relations skills

    + Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, meet goals, and generate results
