Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will be an integral part of our operations. You will primarily focus on picking orders on foot, utilizing a pick sheet and scanner, and transporting items to the kitting area. This role offers the opportunity to cross-train across various aspects of warehouse operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of our processes.

Responsibilities

+ Pick orders on foot using a pick sheet and scanner, transporting items with a push cart.

+ Deliver picked items to the kitting area for kit assembly.

+ Cross-train in inventory control, receiving items, scanning them into the system, and reverse picking to appropriate shelves.

+ Assist in packing orders at a stand-up station, following diagrams to organize parts into tackle boxes for customer orders.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in CPU operations for inventory and tracking purposes.

+ Previous experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking and packing roles.

+ Experience using RF technology.

+ Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset for handling parts intended for aircraft.

+ Ability to work on ladders for accessing 15-foot tall racks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Kit building experience is a plus.

+ Experience in receiving is beneficial.

+ Steel-toed shoes are required.

Available Shift & Pay

+ 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM, with minimal OT

+ **$17**

Work Environment

Work in a quiet and clean warehouse environment on the first shift (Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM) with minimal overtime. Our warehouse features 15-foot racks and a close-knit team of 18 employees. The atmosphere is collaborative and supportive, making it one of the best warehouse environments available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
