Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Job Description

Join a dynamic team specializing in the assembly of large switch gear used in powering critical facilities such as airports, hospitals, and schools. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for wiring panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards that form part of these essential units.

Responsibilities

+ Wire panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards within large switch gear.

+ Lift and install wire panels up to 50lbs into switch gear units.

+ Utilize specialty tools provided for assembly tasks.

+ Read and follow wiring schematics and diagrams.

+ Work collaboratively with a team of assemblers, maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in schematic reading.

+ 1-2 years of electrical assembly and wiring experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in handling hand and power tools.

+ Ability to stand for 10-hour workdays.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with soldering and crimping.

+ Ability to follow work instructions and adapt to production needs.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a climate-controlled facility with a Monday to Friday schedule, with the possibility of additional work on Saturdays from 8am to 4:30pm. The first day of employment includes training at a nearby training center. Be prepared to work on your feet with scheduled breaks throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broken Arrow, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
