**Pay:** $30-$38

**Schedule:** First Shift | Alternating Weekly Schedule

+ Week A: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (48 hours)

+ Week B: Thursday–Saturday, 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM (36 hours)

+ Optional Wednesday every other week

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support our manufacturing operations in Colorado Springs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of systems including electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing systems (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical).

+ Support and enhance Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.

+ Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.

+ Complete required safety training and follow all safety protocols.

+ Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

+ Proficiency in electrical systems, including 3-phase troubleshooting and repair.

+ Experience with mechanical systems, conveyors, motors, and preventive maintenance.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

+ Familiarity with industrial maintenance (hydraulics, automation).

+ Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and PLC controls.

+ Welding and fabrication experience.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with CNC machine maintenance.

+ Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally eMaint.

+ Strong understanding of industrial automation and cleanroom environments.

Work Environment

You’ll be part of a four-person facilities team in a large manufacturing facility. The role involves hands-on work with industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
