Job Title: Entry-Level Machine Operator (Training Provided)

Job Summary:

**We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Machine Operators** . In this role, you will operate and maintain semi-automatic and fully automatic molding machines to support our production goals. No prior experience is required — **we provide full training** to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate molding machines safely and efficiently (training provided).

+ Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.

+ Inspect, trim, and package parts according to simple guidelines.

+ Assist with loading materials and preparing packaging.

+ Monitor production output and report any issues to supervisors.

+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

+ Communicate with team members during shift changes to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Execution of duties may include repetitive lifting, reaching, standing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, bending and hand usage.

Ability to have good eye & hand coordination to see and use various tools & machines.

Ability to reach and stretch into and over machines and their components.

Ability to lift 35 pounds or more occasionally and lesser weights more frequently.

Ability to stand for long periods of time. Approximately 90% of the time on the job is spent standing up.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
