Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.
+ Drill bolt holes and assemble parts, ensuring they meet customer specifications.
+ Inspect parts for imperfections and verify dimensions using precision measuring tools.
+ Solder electrical components and assemble electronic parts.
+ Train other employees on equipment installation and operation.
+ Order parts as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly.
+ Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
+ Proper use of a variety of hand tools, including drills and grinders.
+ Experience with power tools and machine building.
+ Skills in wiring, wire harnessing, crimping, and soldering small assemblies and subassemblies.
+ Familiarity with electronic assembly and micrometer usage.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma required.
+ Associate degree in electromechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
+ 2 years of experience in using, assembling, or repairing equipment.
+ Understanding of electro-static discharge (ESD) handling requirements.

This is a Permanent position based out of Florham Park, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
