Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to assist in various construction labor tasks across multiple divisions. This role involves physically demanding work, including assisting with labor, demolition, and moving materials. Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools, as well as reading a tape measure.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with construction labor tasks across multiple divisions such as Commercial Air Vapor Barrier, Commercial Hot Applied, Commercial Traffic Coatings, and others.

+ Perform demolition and move materials to new locations.

+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

+ Maintain a high level of physical fitness to lift up to 70lbs regularly.

Essential Skills

+ General labor and construction labor experience.

+ Ability to read a tape measure.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Experience with epoxy and concrete handling.

Work Environment

Work outdoors 100% of the time on commercial construction jobsites. Be prepared for various weather conditions. Work hours are from 6:45 am to 5 pm, starting at our shop and traveling to jobsites in a company truck. The team size is typically 1-3 people. The dress code requires leather boots, high visibility shirts, and a hard hat (jeans are acceptable, but no shorts). Bring your own tools including a hammer, tape measure, utility knife, and more. Personal Protective Equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high visibility vest or shirt are required.

This is a Permanent position based out of VERONA, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
