Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Job Description
As a Press Brake Setup Operator, you will set up and operate both Amada and Cincinnati press brakes. You will work with sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 20 gauge to 3/8 inch and handle a variety of long and short run jobs per day, directly referencing blueprints and GD&T practices.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate Amada and Cincinnati press brakes.
+ Work with sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 20 gauge to 3/8 inch.
+ Interpret and work directly from blueprints and GD&T practices.
+ Handle a mix of long run and short run jobs each day.
+ Ensure precision and adherence to tolerances of +/-1 degree.
+ Assist with preventative maintenance for all fabrication equipment used.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in Press Brake Setup.
+ Proficiency in working with GD&T and blueprints.
+ Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Precision sheet metal experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of car-type mechanical systems.
+ Solid references based on attendance record.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs.

Work Environment
Work in an extremely nice climate-controlled fabrication job shop, handling custom projects with the ability to adjust to various types of projects and products. Operate in a state-of-the-art environment, with most machines being just a few years old.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
