    Job Title: Production Technician

    Job Description

    Join us as a Production Technician where you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. You will carry out the production process by closely following Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This role requires adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and involves working in a fast-paced team environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment.

    + Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints for assembly and materials handling.

    + Operate equipment and perform tasks related to finished goods packaging.

    + Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, cleanroom operations, assembly, and general production.

    + Familiarity with warehouse operations and data entry.

    + Ability to follow complex procedures.

    + Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + 1 year of production experience preferred but not required.

    + Computer knowledge to log into systems for training modules.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a cleanroom environment with temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees and humidity over 30%. The environment may have some ambient noise. Specific gowning is required, including gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, safety glasses, and no makeup or jewelry. This role involves standing and moving about, including reaching, bending, stooping, and grasping for the entire shift. It requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and understanding chemical hygiene, including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). You will need to use hand tools and equipment with forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Occasional lifting and manipulation of up to 40 pounds unassisted are required. Work hours can be up to 10 hours a day with additional overtime as necessary.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
