    Forklift Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

    • Location: Decatur, IL

    • Pay Rate: $19.65/hour

    • Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking reliable and safety-focused **Forklift Operators** to join our warehouse team in Decatur, IL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials, supporting production, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently

    + Load and unload trucks, move materials to storage areas, and supply production lines

    + Maintain accurate records of inventory movement

    + Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

    + Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines

    Qualifications

    + **Valid forklift certification** or proven experience operating forklifts

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    + Flexibility to work **2nd or 3rd shift** as scheduled

    Schedule

    + **2nd Shift:** Typically 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    + **3rd Shift:** Typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, IL.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.65/hr.
