Job Title: Order Selector

Job Description

The Order Selector is responsible for loading and unloading pallets from the freezer to the shipping area. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds and operating equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts (both stand-up and sit-down), and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload pallets from the freezer to the shipping area.

+ Operate cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

+ Maintain inventory and ensure accurate order picking and shipping.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

+ Experience with order picking and inventory management.

+ Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a freezer with temperatures as low as 0 degrees. Personal protective equipment, such as coats, hats, and gloves, will be provided. Employees are responsible for providing their own boots, which will be reimbursed once hired on direct. Workers must be comfortable with the noise from fans while in the freezer.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
