• Staff Accountant

    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Staff Accountant for an immediate on-site opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys hands-on work across the full accounting cycle in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations

    + Support month-end and year-end close processes

    + Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews

    + Manage bank reconciliations and support cash flow tracking

    + Handle inventory and cost accounting entries and reconciliations

    + Process and review AP and AR transactions as needed

    + Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests

    + Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate financial data

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    + 2–5 years of accounting experience; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

    + Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices

    + Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

    + Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas)

    + Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
