We’re looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced finance team in Harrisburg, PA. As a key member of our accounting department, you’ll help ensure smooth financial operations, maintain strong vendor relationships, and play a vital role in keeping our books in perfect order.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Process and verify invoices with speed and precision

    + Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

    + Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, check, wire)

    + Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

    + Assist with month-end closing and reporting

    + Maintain accurate AP files and documentation

    + Collaborate across departments to support smooth financial workflows

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience

    + Strong understanding of invoice processing, GL coding, and expense reporting

    + Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus!)

    + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

    + A team-oriented mindset with a drive for accuracy and improvement
