Description

This role supports cross-functional digital projects by translating business needs into clear technical requirements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to design solutions, write user stories, lead Scrum ceremonies, and guide UAT to ensure successful delivery. A strong communicator who can problem-solve and keep teams aligned will thrive here.

Requirements

Key Focus Areas:

• Business process analysis + requirements gathering

• Writing user stories + acceptance criteria

• Leading Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives

• Coordinating UAT + creating test scripts and scenarios

• Supporting integrations + light SQL for data validation

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years as Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Functional Analyst

• Comfortable facilitating discussions with both business and technical teams

• Experience working in a consulting, SaaS, or digital project environment
