    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors while providing essential administrative support to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet, log in, and direct clients, visitors, and vendors upon arrival.

    + Answer and professionally route all incoming telephone calls.

    + Schedule appointments for clinical staff.

    + Provide administrative and clerical support to all staff members.

    + Ensure the building is secured at the end of the business day.

    + Monitor and update the client database regularly.

    + Input agency data to support the effective delivery of client services.

    + Support and back up weekly tasks, including uploading and following up on ROI requests via DocuSign.

    + Serve as a backup for entering data into the database.

    + Provide coverage for the medical records technician in their absence.

    + Conduct other administrative tasks as assigned.

    + Perform other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisors.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience:

    + Previous reception/front desk experience is required.

    + Administrative or clerical experience is preferred.

    + Proficiency in data entry.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Familiarity with DocuSign (Required)

    + Soft Skills:

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    + Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception or front desk roles.

     

    • Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry and scheduling.

    • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and assisting visitors professionally.

    • Familiarity with basic office equipment and software.

    • Ability to manage client information databases with attention to detail.

    • Experience working in a healthcare or related industry is preferred.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
