Description

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join one of our valued clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

+ Answer and route incoming calls in both English and Spanish

+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

+ Maintain front desk organization and ensure reception area is tidy

+ Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry

+ Assist internal teams with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

+ Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
