Description

We are looking for an experienced Associate Wealth Advisor to join our client's team in the Twin Cities. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in financial planning and client services, who is detail-oriented and creative in their approach. We seek someone passionate about building lasting relationships and contributing to the firm's long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customized financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

• Provide expert guidance on wealth management strategies and investment solutions.

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity and understanding of financial recommendations.

• Monitor and analyze client portfolios, making proactive adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high client satisfaction.

• Conduct regular reviews to assess financial progress and update plans accordingly.

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.

• Support the firm’s growth by building strong client relationships and fostering trust.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning or a related field.

• A CFP or pursuing a CFP highly desired

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and team members.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Creativity in developing financial strategies and solutions.

• Knowledge of registered investment practices and wealth management.

• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a proactive and independent approach.

• Commitment to long-term career growth and the potential for firm ownership.
