Robert Half is partnering with an innovative client in the tech industry to find a skilled and motivated Receptionist to be the face of their organization. Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, and employees, delivering exceptional customer service.

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

+ Manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring accurate routing to the appropriate departments/persons.

+ Coordinate scheduling and handle meeting room logistics for internal and external events.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.

+ Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.

+ Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with technical tools is preferred

+ Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment.

+ Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

+ Experience in the tech industry or interest in tech trends is a plus.
