    Position Summary

    As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Reverse and Redistribution team within CVS Health Supply Chain. This position focuses on reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting to drive operational efficiency and profitability. You will oversee multiple projects, manage existing programs, and deliver actionable insights that help reduce write-offs, protect margins, and ensure timely removal of items from the network.

     

    This is a hybrid role out of Woonsocket, Rhode Island (days/frequency flexible).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting to support team objectives

    + Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for process and system issues

    + Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance and execution

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, store and DC networks to identify solutions and implement process improvements

    + Act as the primary point of contact for field communications and Help Desk escalations

    + Maintain daily/weekly tasks related to reverse redistribution initiative programs scaled to chain

    + Monitor metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and improve execution rates for return processes

    Required Qualifications

    + 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    + 2+ years’ experience manipulating and tracking data, generating reports in Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, large data sets)

    + 1+ years’ analytics experience in supply chain, retail, or healthcare

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with colleagues, management, and external partners

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Broad Supply Chain and/or Retail Store Operations knowledge

    + Experience with Tableau or dashboarding tools for reporting and visualization

    + Demonstrated experience working with SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting

    + Proven ability to manage multiple programs and deliver timely reports

    + Strong analytical skills with ability to identify key drivers and solve business problems independently

    + Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
