• Slaughter Clerk B Shift

    Description

    General Description:

    + Assist employees with any personnel related questions they may have

    + Act as a translator for employees when problems in language arise

    + Fill out and input leave of absence/vacation/attendance write up paperwork from production employees

    + Input all union data into the computer

    + Daily work tasks are structured

    + Filing, answer phones, and other clerical duties

    + Daily edits and adjustments in kronos

    Working Conditions:

    + Office Setting

    + Employee will typically work 40 hours per week M-F with Saturday work if necessary. Overtime pay will occur for all hours over 40.

    Required skills:

    + Microsoft Applications-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook but not limited to

    + Must have good interpersonal skills

    + People skills & Listening skills

    + Flexibility a plus

    + Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred

    Education Requirements (if applicable)

    + Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
