As a Senior Manager-Network Transformation, you will serve as the critical link between commercial growth priorities, optimization strategy, and operations execution capabilities. This role is responsible for translating customer and market needs into actionable business cases that balance service, cost, and capacity requirements. Working in partnership with commercial, operations, finance, analytics, transportation, inventory teams, you will ensure network strategies are financially sound, operationally feasible, and aligned across stakeholders before executive review.
Responsibilities:
+ Translate commercial requirements into operational capabilities and lead long-term network planning, including facility expansions, consolidations, and strategic footprint decisions.
+ Develop business cases for network changes, partnering with Finance to validate ROI, EBIT impact, and payback assumptions.
+ Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
+ Define modeling requirements and work closely with analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making.
+ Oversee project scope, resource planning, and execution. Standardize project management processes and ensure governance across initiatives.
+ Monitor post-implementation results to validate assumptions, identify synergy opportunities, and refine future strategies.
+ Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related degree required.
+ 10 years of experience in business and project management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods in a large-scale project management capacity.
+ 5 years of proven management experience leading and developing a team of resources.
+ Ability to build and lead strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
+ Strong understanding of project management techniques and Agile methodologies.
+ Understanding of business and IT processes.
+ Ability to overcome difficult situations and conflicts.
+ Ability to apply professional principles and business judgement to solve problems.
+ Ability to influence outcomes and broad processes beyond individual function.
+ Ability to spot key risks upfront and mitigate.
+ Ability to bring quick focus to key issues and priorities.
+ Ability to travel 25-50%
