    Responsibilities

    + Manage daily sales floor operations and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

    + Train, coach, and develop sales staff for continuous improvement

    + Monitor customer interactions to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction

    + Resolve customer concerns and support a smooth sales process

    + Collaborate with other department leaders to drive dealership performance

    Qualifications

    + Previous Automotive Sales Management or Sales Desk Manager experience preferred

    + Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

    + Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills

    + Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
