    What We’re Looking For:

    + Proven Dealership Finance Manager/Business Manager experience

    + Polished, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills

    + Track record of success in menu selling and PVR performance

    + Commitment to high CSI and customer satisfaction

    + Strong attention to detail and acceptable CIT

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    + Computer proficiency and dealership software familiarity

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
