    + Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process.

    + Present product features, benefits, and finance options clearly and confidently.

    + Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.

    + Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and training to maintain your edge.

    What You Bring:

    + Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

    + Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    + A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the desire to succeed.

    + Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

    + A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
