Residential Services Coordinator

Position Overview
The Residential Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality residential support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role combines oversight of home environments, financial management, personnel supervision, and program coordination to promote safety, compliance, and individual well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Residential Oversight
+ Monitor home environments for safety standards and property maintenance.
+ Ensure completion of required documentation (e.g., cleaning lists, menus).
Financial Management
+ Assist individuals with benefits eligibility and personal fund management.
+ Perform Representative Payee duties and maintain compliance with reporting requirements.
+ Prepare financial profiles for annual service planning.
Personnel Management
+ Hire, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
+ Manage scheduling, timesheets, and staff development.
Program Coordination
+ Oversee caseload to ensure housing, health, and daily needs are met.
+ Maintain communication with individuals, families, and team members.
+ Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
Training & Development
+ Coordinate staff meetings and provide ongoing training.
+ Maintain CPR/First Aid Instructor certification and deliver training as needed.
Additional Duties
+ Participate in on-call rotation, investigations, and agency committees.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities (QIDP qualified) OR 5 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
+ Supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
Preferred
+ 2+ years in human services, knowledge of habilitation practices, and ICF/ID standards.
+ ND Social Work licensure (for ICF/ID residences).

This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
