    Job Title: Operations Analyst

     

    We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst to perform comprehensive evaluations of business processes. This role involves identifying operational gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to drive organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will utilize Deltek and other analytical tools to extract and interpret complex data sets, design performance measurement frameworks, and define KPIs that align with strategic business goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform thorough analysis of business processes to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Utilize Deltek and other reporting platforms to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

    + Design performance measurement frameworks and define KPIs that align with organizational goals.

    + Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership and operational teams.

    + Track business performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to assess reporting needs and implement strategic, data-informed solutions.

    + Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.

    + Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting systems.

    + Deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, concise presentations.

    + Assist in testing and deployment of new systems, tools, or process enhancements.

    + Stay informed on updates to Deltek, industry trends, and best practices in business analysis and reporting.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

    + 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar analytical role.

    + Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing KPIs and performance dashboards.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Master’s degree preferred.

    + Deltek experience preferred.

    + SQL preferred.

    + Industry experience in AEC or similar required.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $87000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
