Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Group Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a dynamic group. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing business expenses, and supporting various departmental operations.
Responsibilities
+ Provide general administrative support for a group.
+ Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Process business expenses and enforce policies and procedures.
+ Coordinate meetings, events, department financial operations, and facility purchasing.
+ Procure goods and services, including office supplies and equipment.
+ Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ Effective communication and project management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with 3–5 years of experience.
+ Experience with travel and expense management systems (e.g., Concur) for 2+ years.
+ Experience in procurement and office operations, including vendor coordination, for 2+ years.

+ Strong customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to relate well with diverse individuals and assist team members.
+ Comfortable managing logistics and supporting diverse stakeholders.
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite five days a week in Redmond, WA. The role demands a strong presence on campus to handle space planning, office logistics, and facility needs. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, ideal for professionals who thrive in such settings.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
