Job Title: Building AmbassadorJob Description
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support as a Building Ambassador while providing coverage for Receptionist teams, effectively serving as a hybrid position. The role is split evenly, with 50% of the responsibilities dedicated to facilities coordination and the other 50% focused on receptionist coverage.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), transitioning from 360 Moving to Archibus.
+ Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely service delivery and compliance with company standards.
+ Assist with small-scale facilities projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
+ Support basic financial tasks such as budget tracking and purchase order (PO) management for the facilities team.
+ Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other tools to track facilities metrics and performance.
+ Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors using diverse platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with CMMS platforms, preferably 360 Moving and/or Archibus.
+ Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
+ Familiarity with budget tracking and vendor PO processes.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication skills across digital platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience in facilities coordination or a related field is a plus.
+ Proficiency in customer service, hospitality, and data entry.
+ Experience with ticketing systems and Excel for data reporting.
+ Effective communication on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
+ Basic financial vendor PO management experience is beneficial.
Work Environment
The position is located at the Sunnyvale Campus, spanning multiple buildings, and requires an onsite presence five days a week from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is an opportunity for extension or conversion within the role, providing a stable and engaging work environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Mountain View, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
