Job Title: Senior Learning Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to manage and oversee the complete process of commercial learning programs. This role involves designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating a wide range of learning experiences, leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance the learning journey. The consultant will develop sustainable and scalable learning solutions, including personalized learning journeys and resources, to support the growth of commercial members.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee end-to-end process of commercial learning programs, including design, development, delivery, evaluation, and assessment.
+ Identify and prioritize commercial capabilities and skills to determine learning needs, incorporating user research.
+ Design personalized, sustainable, and scalable commercial learning solutions.
+ Leverage digital tools and AI to enhance the learning experience.
+ Develop and implement capability-based learning journeys for commercial member development.
+ Lead engaging learning sessions to ensure participants can practice new skills.
+ Develop and coach a network of facilitators to deliver and evaluate learning programs.
+ Evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning programs using global L&D evaluation framework.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design leadership development programs.
+ Stay informed about trends and best practices in sales enablement and digital transformation.
+ Develop and maintain content strategy and training materials.
+ Represent Talent and Global L&D teams as a Thought Leader.
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or as a sales leader.
+ Proficiency with digital tools and AI, with the ability to train others.
+ Understanding of how people think, learn, and remember information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

The position is based in Wayne, PA or Des Moines, IA. The role will involve working with digital tools and AI, requiring an understanding of technology-enhanced learning environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $106000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
