Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks within the HR department, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and organize filing systems.
+ Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
+ Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
+ Assist in organizing company events such as lunches and cultural events.
+ Interact with vendors to gather quotes on products when necessary.
+ Perform other miscellaneous office responsibilities as required.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Experience in an administrative setting.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to perform clerical duties efficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in onboarding or recruiting is a plus.
+ Familiarity with SAP software.
+ Event planning experience.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is primarily office-based, but occasional visits to the manufacturing floor are required. The dress code is business casual, with pants required when on the manufacturing floor.

This is a Contract position based out of Pacific, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
