What You’ll Do
As an **Enterprise Account Director** , you will:
+ **Drive Strategic Growth** – Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market analysis, executive engagement, and industry insights.
+ **Build Executive Partnerships** – Develop customized engagement strategies for C-suite leaders including Chief Pharmacy Officers, VPs of Pharmacy Services, and Innovation Executives.
+ **Design Tailored Solutions** – Conduct workflow analyses and gap assessments to define value delivery from current to future state, aligning solutions with client goals.
+ **Lead Consultative Sales** – Present data-driven business cases and lead product demonstrations that showcase measurable ROI and strategic value.
+ **Negotiate SaaS Agreements** – Collaborate cross-functionally to structure strategic contracts that support sustainable growth.
+ **Represent EnlivenHealth** – Serve as a thought leader at key industry events and forums, elevating our brand and expanding our influence.
+ **Manage Enterprise Accounts** – Own a portfolio of high-impact clients and prospects, driving revenue growth and quota attainment through disciplined sales practices in Salesforce.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 5–7 years of enterprise-level sales or consulting experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy, or related industries.
+ Proven success in SaaS or value-based solution sales, especially with innovative or early-adoption products.
+ Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, payer dynamics, and healthcare workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Advanced degree (MBA or PharmD) preferred.
+ Experience engaging with retail pharmacy executives and adjacent verticals.
+ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into strategic value.
+ High emotional intelligence and consultative selling style.
+ Salesforce proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.
