Our team is looking for someone to join us as an Administrative Assistant and help support our communities in Cape May and Atlantic County, NJ. Administrative Assistant are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From answering phones to being in the field interacting with caregivers, clients, and referral sources. An Administrative Assistant scope of responsibility is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. A mix of social services, operations, customer service, recruiting, and human resources are all parts of an Administrative Assistant’s exciting role. Administrative Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: * Sourcing and recruiting caregivers * Interview & onboarding new caregivers * Getting to know caregivers registered with the office * Keeping up with personnel requirements * Working as a team in an office environment.
