    Job Title: Tax Relief Sales Consultant

    Overview:

    We are seeking a driven and empathetic sales professional to join our team as a Tax Relief Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking solutions to their tax challenges. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and close consultative sales will be key to helping clients regain financial peace of mind.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Client Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls to evaluate clients’ tax situations. Clearly articulate the benefits of our tax relief services with empathy and professionalism.

    + Consultative Selling: Qualify leads, present customized tax resolution strategies, and guide clients through the decision-making process to secure commitments.

    + Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to promote satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.

    + CRM & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

    + Performance & Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    + Team Collaboration: Work closely with tax professionals and internal departments to deliver comprehensive, client-centered solutions.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: Proven success in sales, ideally within tax resolution, financial services, or a related industry.

    + Skills:

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Comfortable handling high call volumes with empathy and efficiency

    + Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools

    + + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training or certifications in sales or tax-related fields are a plus.

    + Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable. Able to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
