**VCA Mission San Jose Animal Hospital** is adding a Veterinary Assistant to our team!

**Location :** 1500 Washington Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539

**Compensation :** $ 24 - $ 27 / hr

**Schedule :** FT 9a-6p M-F

Responsibilities include are but not limited to:

+ Assist veterinarians and technicians with exams and procedures

+ Restrain animals safely and compassionately

+ Prepare and clean exam rooms

+ Assist with radiographs, lab sample collection, and basic in-house diagnostics

+ Maintain accurate medical records

+ Provide client education and ensure excellent service during visits

+ Support surgery prep and recovery as needed

+ Help maintain a clean, stocked, and organized hospital environment
