    The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing cycle counts to ensure inventory management and the timely processing of customer orders.

     

    This role typical reports into the Operations Supervisor and is based in our Stockbridge Distribution Center.

     

    + 75%:Daily Operations

    + Perform Cycle Counts in Reserve to include (Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail Divisions)

    + Researchpreviouslocations,locatehot stock for waving purposes and complete tasks.

    + Responsible forobservinghousekeeping,safetyand C-TPAT compliance in assigned area of responsibility; Stay within compliance of the company policiesregardingsafety.

    + Work with Wave Planningand Training to ensure the adherence of area processes.

    + 25%: Support Functions

    + Perform other tasks as assigned, including pulling during low volume periods.

    + Support the Coordinator/Supervisor in all duties as assigned including all operational areas of the Distribution Center

    Must have:

    + You willoperatean order picker or reach truck formost ofyour shift, so you must be able to pass thelift driver and safety certification.

    + Basic knowledge of WMOS,including scannertasks and functions.

    + Teamplayerwilling to perform various job duties to support the department and the facilityobjectivesand key performance indicators.

    + Ability tolift to 50 pounds repetitively, scan with RF equipment, bend, twist, and be on your feet for shifts up to 12hours long.

    + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (Supervisors, Managers, and peers).

    + Flexibility to work overtimeandcomply withblackout periods(no vacation or personal time allowed)during peak periods.

    Preferred skills and experience:

    + Efficientlyhandletasksto includecycle countingand stock movement.

    + 1-2years’ experienceoperating equipmentin an automated, fast-paceddistribution environment preferred.
