**Shift:** Nights

**Shift Hours:** 7:00pm - 7:00am

Location/Division Specific Information:

As part of the Pharma Services Group (PSG), the High Point, NC site focuses on gelatin-based drug delivery dosage forms (softgels). We offer extensive development and commercial scale capabilities for a variety of softgels technologies.

How Will You Make an Impact?

The Gelatin Associate/Formulation Technician II will be responsible for manufacturing a quality gel material for use in our encapsulation process.

A Day in the Life:

+ Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP’s, and MSDS memos.

+ Weighs raw materials, loads gelatin silos, mix GMRs, Transfer Tio2, and monitor temperatures of GMRs.

+ Mix gel for use on production line.

+ Train in AGMS (Automated Gelatin Manufacturing System).

+ Performs all cleaning duties in area.

Education:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

+ Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

+ Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

+ Preferred: SAP experience

+ Preferred: Pallet Jack & forklift experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

+ Excellent verbal and written skills

+ Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations and troubleshooting skills

+ The ability to work a 12-hour shift in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation.

+ Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.

+ Must be able to work overtime as necessary.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

+ Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds

+ Close and color vision is required
