    **Shift:** Nights

    **Shift Hours:** 7:00pm - 7:00am

    Location/Division Specific Information:

    As part of the Pharma Services Group (PSG), the High Point, NC site focuses on gelatin-based drug delivery dosage forms (softgels). We offer extensive development and commercial scale capabilities for a variety of softgels technologies.

     

    How Will You Make an Impact?

     

    The Medicine Associate II will be responsible for manufacturing a quality fill material for use in our encapsulation process.

     

    A Day in the Life:

    + Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP’s, and MSDS memos.

    + Retrieve, weigh, identify, mix, and store raw materials.

    + Cleans equipment and performs all other cleaning duties in area.

    + Manufactures Neat fills/blends and complex batches.

    + Produces quality fill material including simple potent compounds for use in our encapsulation department utilizing multiple types of equipment and processes.

    + May operate forklift.

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Experience:

    + Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

    + Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

    + Preferred: Pallet Jack & Forklift experience

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    + Excellent verbal and written skills

    + Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations and troubleshooting skills

    + The ability to work a 12-hour shift in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation.

    + Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.

    + Must be able to work overtime as necessary.

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    + Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds.

    + Close and color vision is required.
