About the Role

As a **Business Analyst – Global Mobility** , you will make an impact by supporting strategic initiatives and operational enhancements for global mobility programs within the BFS (Banking & Financial Services) Consulting team. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, HR, compliance, and technology teams to deliver data-driven insights and process improvements.

In this role, you will:

+ Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

+ Ensure requirements are clearly documented and implemented,

+ Write user stories, epics, and process documentation

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and technology solutions by coordinating with users, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

+ Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies across global mobility programs.

What you must have to be considered

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Global Mobility, or BFS domain with experience of working in Agile environments

+ Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Engage with business users to understand needs and translate them into functional requirements and document processes and workflows for clarity and compliance.

+ User Story & Epic Creation : Write detailed user stories and epics in alignment with Agile methodology along with the capacity to maintain and update backlog items in JIRA for tracking and prioritization.

+ Coordination & Communication : Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and development teams and facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

+ Testing & Validation : Assist in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and ensure deliverables meet business expectations before deployment.

+ Global Mobility Awareness : Understand and incorporate Global Mobility processes into relevant workflows and documentation.

These will help you succeed

+ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.

+ Strong knowledge of JIRA for issue and project tracking.

+ Excellent documentation skills for processes, user stories, and epics.

+ Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.

+ Familiarity with Global Mobility policies and workflows.

+ Strong communication and analytical skills.

Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring **4 days a week** in a client or Cognizant office in **Washington, DC** . Salary and Other Compensation

+ Applications will be accepted until Nov 14 2025.

+ The Annual Salary for this position is between $86,500 - $1,01,500– depending on experience and other qualification of the successful candidate.

+ This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
