As a **AEP/CJA Architect** you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all **AEP** **Customer Journey Analytics, AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser** , and **AEP RTCDP** related queries and issues. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experiences. With a focus on the Provider domain you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation and optimize processes. Based on the role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Role & Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement scalable architecture solutions that leverage AEP Customer Journey Analytics to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser into existing systems ensuring seamless user experiences.
+ Utilize AEP RTCDP to develop data-driven strategies that improve customer insights and drive business growth.
+ Conduct thorough analysis of customer journeys to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
+ Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
+ Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that align with company objectives.
+ Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to communicate architectural designs and project progress to stakeholders.
+ Ensure solutions are designed with scalability security and performance in mind addressing potential challenges proactively.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Monitor and assess the performance of implemented solutions making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
+ Engage in knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members and promote a collaborative learning environment.
Required Skills:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal consulting or legal operations
+ Possess a strong background in AEP Customer Journey Analytics with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions
+ Demonstrate expertise in AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser with a focus on optimizing customer experiences
+ Have hands-on experience with AEP RTCDP utilizing data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions
+ Exhibit a deep understanding of the Provider domain with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
+ Showcase excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges effectively
+ Display strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
+ Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with relevant certifications being a plus.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 – $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
