Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time Steward Supervisor, to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Steward Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing team members and food prep, ensuring that quality, organization, and sanitation standards are met. What will you do?

+ Monitor deliveries, analyze invoices, and inspect products for quality, temperature, and condition

+ Perform proper rotation of food and beverage products and report faulty or incorrect deliveries immediately

+ Receive, unpack, and stock supplies to appropriate shelves, racks, tables, and service stations

+ Maintain receiving log and take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished

+ Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas and ensure all equipment is sanitary and in good repair

More about you

+ Previous related experience as a stock clerk or steward highly preferred

+ Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

+ Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

+ Must have strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills

+ No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

+ Constant standing and walking for the entire length of shift

+ Frequently required to reach, pull, push, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds
