    Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – District Wide Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with schools in Revere, MA to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year . This full-time role will support elementary schools across the district, providing expert behavioral consultation and support to students and staff. Position Details

     

    + Location: Revere, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM

    + Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year

    + Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour, depending on experience

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide training to staff on ABA methodology, behavior intervention strategies, and data collection/analysis

    + Offer ongoing consultation to teachers and staff to support student behavior and engagement

    + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans

    + Monitor and support the implementation of behavior plans across school settings

    + Participate in Team meetings to support student success

    + Collaborate with families to provide training and consultation on ABA strategies and behavior support

    Qualifications

    + Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

    + Minimum 1+ year of experience preferred

    + Experience working with students with emotional and behavioral challenges

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Must complete CORI and fingerprinting prior to start
