    Job Title: Behavioral Technician – Make a Difference in Torrance Schools!

     

    Schedule: School hours Monday-Friday | Flexible scheduling options available

     

    Pay Rate: $20-25

    What You’ll Do:

    - Work 1:1 with students diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities

     

    - Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs

     

    - Track progress and celebrate student milestones

     

    - Collaborate with school staff and families

     

    - Receive ongoing training and mentorship

    What You’ll Need:

    - High school diploma or equivalent (required)

     

    - Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

     

    - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred but not required)

     

    - Must be at least 18 years old

     

    - Ability to pass background check and TB screening

     

    - Reliable transportation to and from school sites
