Job Title: Behavioral Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday during school hours - Flexible scheduling options available!

Pay Rate: $20-25 Depending on experience - Weekly pay!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Behavioral Technician to join our school-based team in El Monte. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a school setting

- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBAs

- Collect and record data on student progress

- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred but not required)

- Ability to pass background check and TB screening

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Reliable transportation to and from school sites
